JIM DRAIN
BIO
(b. 1975, Cleveland, Ohio) He was a member of the now-disbanded art community, Fort Thunder in Providence, RI. It was located in a warehouse that was eventually torn down. The major characteristic of his works is the aesthetic, hallucinating, primitive, post-modern and brilliant sense of colors. He was also a member of Forcefield, a four member group that made music together. They made an installation for the Whitney Biennial in 2002, but have since disbanded. He currently lives and works in Miami, Florida.
